    Outlook.exe errors (Outlook 2000) (Outlook 2000 SR-1)

We are converting from DOCS Open to iManage and have slowly seen an increase in Outlook.exe errors when users are viewing emails or opening Outlook. Have tried various operations in Word and iManage which might keep outlook.exe open as a process. Sending copy or link from iManage or from Outlook do not keep process running. However using File, Send To, Mail Recipient as Attachment keeps process running. My thinking is that during the day the user performs this operation and then doesn't realize program is still running and performs a conflicting operating.

As anyone experienced inconsistent and unexplained instances of outlook.exe errors?

It is possible that a Outlook Addin is preventing the MAPI session from closing. What com addins and normal addins do you have running in Outlook?
    Thanks
