Superscript character in cell (Excel xp)

    I have this code...

    Selection.Offset(2, 0).Value = Selection.Offset(2, 0).Value & "#"

    It adds a "#" sign to the number so it appears 74#. I need it to appear with a superscripted #. Can i do that in the same statement? thakns

    Something like
With Selection.Offset(2, 0)
    .Value = .Value & "#"
    .Characters(Start:=Len(.Value), Length:=1).Font.Superscript = True
    End With
