Cell Control for show/noshow (Excel 97)

    Basically, I have the following:
Many Rows with 3 cells, last cell has the following =SUM($G$3:G68)-SUM($F$3:F68)
I want to have the 3rd cell show blank until either the 1st or 2nd cell have data.
    What am I missing?

    Thanks,
    Brad

I'm not sure that I've understood the question, but something like
    <pre> =if(and(isblank(A1),isblank(B1), "", SUM($G$3:G68)-SUM($F$3:F68)) </pre>

will give a blank cell unless one or other of A1 and B1 is nonempty

    Hi Brad,
I'm not quite sure whether you're referring to the third cell on each row, or just the last row.
If the former, perhaps something in the form of:
    =IF(AND(G68="",F68=""),"",SUM($G$3:G68)-SUM($F$3:F68))
    If the latter, perhaps:
    =SUMIF($G$3:G68,"<>0")-SUMIF($F$3:F68,"<>0")
    Cheers

    Man,
you guys are quick. The following solution works great! Thanks. Brad
    =IF(AND(G68="",F68=""),"",SUM($G$3:G68)-SUM($F$3:F68))
