How do you add a paper size to Page Setup? (2002/9.0.4402 SR1)

Can anyone tell me how to add a paper size (in this case, 11x17) to the page setup dropdown list? As a default, I'm only showing the following sizes: Letter, Legal, Executive, A4, Envelope #10, Envelope DL, and Envelope Monarch. Thanks for any help you can provide.

If it's not an option your printer driver doesn't permit it. Does the Custom box right next to the drop down let you enter a custom size? Alternatively at the OS level can you set a custom size through Start, Settings, Printers, select the target printer, right click, select Printing Preferences, Paper? (These dialogs may represent HP specific printers.)

Oops, one other possibility; if your printer has multiple trays, see if a different tray permits 11 x 17, especially the "Manual Feed" tray option.
