Winzip Icon

I'm posting this question here because I know it involves editing the registry. I just installed the new update to Winzip 8.1. It changed the icon for all winzip files. Does anyone know how I can change it back without unintalling the update?

Thanks in advance.

Phil,
I think you can do it without altering the registry manually.
Try:
Explorer > Tools Folder Options > File Types
Find the .zip extension and single-click select it.
Click on Advanced
You should have an option there to change the associated icon . . .

I forgot about that one! I've only been editing shortcut icons, which are easy because it's right on the shortcut tab of properties. This took all of 15 seconds. I owe you a beer. Thanks.
