    HP4000

Hi, I wonder if someone can help me. I've exhausted Technet and Google and found nothing. We have a user printing to one of our bog-standard HP LaserJet 4000 printers. We are on an NT4 network and the server with the printer has SP6 applied. One document was printed this morning and refused to print. The user tried deleting it but is getting "Deleting - spooling" and it will not budge from the queue. I went onto the server as Administrator and opened up the print queue but it would not let me delete it either. However other documents being sent to the printer are spooling normally and printing out so it's as if the document isn't actually there! It's not causing printing difficulties but it is really annoying. Switching off the printer has no affect. I have not done a server reboot or stopped the printing services to see if this will have an affect yet, as obviously this will affect all our users - I just wondered if there was anything else I could try. Any advice would be gratefully received.
