How to use the same function with a shortcut? (XL 2002/SP2)

    Hi,

If we want to enter 1.....10, then we enter the 1 in one cell and then Pressing Ctrl key and we drag till we need. Is there a way to insert the formula to every cell. For example i want this function/formula =IF(O5;((N5+O5)/2) *D2;N5 *D2) to all the cells below until i want by the above method used. Or is there any other way to use the same formula to a group of cells.

    Thanks,

    Some options:

    - Drag fill handle without holding the control key
    - Drag fill handle while holding the *right* mouse key (choose the option you need)
    - if there is a list to the left or right: double click the fill handle
    - First select the cells to receive the formula, type it and hit Control-Enter.
