I tried downloading but I was missing one of your libraries so Macros didn't fire up.

Without going into the file - 7 x 2 is such a close co-incidence to 15 that I suspect 'something' is sucking up one more record at end of page logic.

mailmerge every 15th record not appearing (word97 sr2b)

Hiya - we are using words native mailmerge.
The main document is a template for address labels that will be used to send out to clients & we have created a datafile that contains 40 records.
On our main document with labels is formatted as a table with 7rows x 2columns.
When we merge the 2 together the result is every 15th record has been missed in the merge eg record 15, record 30.
I have attached our label template renamed from Label.dot to Label.doc for you to look at.
If my main doc is a letter & I do a merge the result is all the records appear ie 15th & 30 record.
    any ideas?
    TIA DIana

Hi Andrew - aplogies - I've amended the labels.doc & removed all the custom code - so now its just a blank template.
I've re-attached the file in the 1st orginial post.
    regards Diana

I couldn't repeat the error - it happily created labels with no skips.
However, I had to do a lot of work in creating a data file and doing the merge - perhaps I'm doing something you're not..

    HI Andrew -
I'll also attach the test data source file we used.
We used this data source file to do the labels & records 15 & 30 were missing

Just a wild guess based on AndrewO's numerical observation... Have you checked your output document to see if the 15th record is being placed in the text box at the top of the 2nd page? Maybe it's out of sight, below the first line of the text box. ...J.Till

Sorry - I'm going to have to give up - I cannot replicate the error on my system.

Funny, I don't see any merge fields. Anyway, a possible culprit is a < NEXT RECORD > field in the first or last cell.
