    Extracting email addreses from a folder (2000 SR-1 Corporate/Workgroup)

I have a bunch of sent emails in a folder, (one for each client). Is there anyway to extract the To: email address from each email so that I can create a mailing list?

I have worked out a workaround by Ctlr-A'ing the folder and cutting and pasting it into Excel but I am hoping there might be a solution within Outlook. TIA
