What do you have under User Information as Your Name: ?
I went to Tools / E-mail Account / View or change existing e-mail accounts / pressed next / In deliver new e-mail to the following location: It shows Mailbox - Perotto, Donald. Is this the field you referred to as User Information??
No - it may be different if you are only running one account, but...
I've just done a test as I assumed it would be the user name of the account in question - but on my setup it appears to be using my full name regardless of which account the mail relates to.
I'm wondering if it is the registered user name:
Help> About Microsoft Outlook...
Who does it state is the registered user?
It has my name perotto. When I print out document it says Don Perotto.
Some questions
You wrote "ABC Company" - is that recognisably a company that would have setup Outlook or is it an unrecognised one?
What is your environment - private or corporate setup?
Actually it said "OIT Support" not "ABC Company". That is a valid group name in our company. We are using Corporate.
