File Size Limitation (2000/SR1-a)

Does anyone know if there is a file size limitation or a slide number limitation imposed in PowerPoint 2000? Are there any inherent dangers in creating a REALLY BIG presentation. By REALLY BIG, I mean over 250 MBs in size.

In most office apps you can type specifications in the help and it will tell you about various limits, but that doesn't seem to be the case for PowerPoint.. The inherent dangers that come to mind when you deal with large files are the possibility of corruption of the file, and how to move it if it gets larger than a CD-R.
