Re: OE Tool 1.10 Available (OE6SP1)

Is there a way for me to edit out all this extra white space under this screen shot that showed up in the upload? I uploaded a JPEG with Paint (because I can't get BMPs or GIFS to upload yet and I haven't had a chance to get familiar with all the excellent screen grabbers people have hooked me up with on the lounge). I think the view is small enough, although it could have been smaller if it were a 24 bit BMP or perhaps .gif, but I could not figure out how to eliminate the extra white space when it uploaded to the lounge.

Everybody else seems to be able to eliminate this kind of white space, but when I used Paint, or the dialogue box to upload at the bottom of the lounge window, I had no indication that all that white space would be riding along with it. Is there a way to tell with Paint before hand, in other words a way to see exactly how it's going to show up in the Lounge, because I'm learning no matter how I crop with Paint--may not be true with the better screen grabbers I will learn to use soon--what you see in Paint ain't what you get when it shows up in the lounge.

Trying to make what you see what you get.

    Thanks,

    OE Tool 1.10 Available (OE6SP1)

At the the Microsoft MVP Outlook Express Website, an addition to your OE toolbar is available with a 10/15/02 update. It is a useful additon to the nice tools Tom Koch has available at his site Inside Outlook Express Tomsterdam and this MVP site has links to other Outlook Express sites.

You need to get a GOOD image editer and learn how to "Crop" a image.
    Get Paint Shop Pro and use the <img src=/S/rtfm.gif border=0 alt=rtfm width=24 height=23>

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.
