interactive row hiding / unhiding (Excel 2002)

I am writing a program which requires hiding/unhiding of rows based on a user mouse click on a certain row.
If user clicks and rows are hidden , rows have to be unhidden. If user clicks and rows are unhidden, then rows have to be unhidden.

The number of rows in the screen are not fixed and it can be upto 65000.

I have tried rectangle shape with "+" & "-" text in it . Used assign same macro to each rectangle shape . In this case, I can not get the shape & row on which user has clicked . Hence unable to accomplish the functionality.

Further using command button and toolbox control may be out of scope , as I want same macro to be run when user clicks.

    Any tips will be appreciated.

    Thanks and regards <img src=/S/disappointed.gif border=0 alt=disappointed width=15 height=15>

Have you considered the group and outline option?

    - select some rows
    - Data, group and outline, group, rows.
