Using VBA to importing CSV files into Excel (Excel 2000)

I am using excel to prepare reports based on a series of csv files. This approach works well for small files but I have a couple of files that are > 400,000 records and which need to be filtered before importing. (Active records are < 5,000).

I need help with a macro to do the following:

Open a csv file (e.g., cutputsscenario01shipping.csv - format: origin, destination, product, quantity, cost, period)
Ignore header row and read all records where quantity > 0 to an Excel file (e.g., c:reportsscenario01transport.xls sheet: deliveries)

    Thanks

See if Data, get external data, new database query, text files can do the job for you.
