Net folders in Outlook XP Small Business (XP SP1)

My colleague is running Outlook as part of the Office XP Small Business installation that came with her Dell Latitude.

I have sent her access to my Contacts and Diary from Outlook 2000.

She can not accept the access as she does not appear to have Net Folders loaded.

There does not seem to be an option to load Net Folders from the Control Panel.

Are we doing something wrong or is this one of the extras that didn't get included in the Small Business edition?

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Best regards,

    Glenn.

Re: Net folders in Outlook XP Small Business (XP SP1)

Net folders are no longer available with Outlook XP. There is a discussion of alternatives at http://slipstick.com/outlook/ol2002/missing.htm and you might take a look there.

MS says they dropped it in favor of better alternatives. Some of us more jaded types believe they dropped it because they couldn't get it right...

    Good luck on your solution!
