Need Scripting Host (XP and IIS 5)

I've got a unique scenario, here.
We had a pseudo NT server ( a workstation with uses IIS utilities) crash on us.
In order to rebuild it we were forced to use XP.
Now we can't find a scripting host that will work with XP and IIS 5.
Apparently, if your not using XP Server, it decides for you not to install the Scripting Host.

    Any ideas?

    From http://www.iisanswers.com/articles/IIS51.htm:

"IIS 5.1 is a feature only to be found on Microsof's XP Pro operating system. It is not installable (reliably) on XP Home. IIS 5.1 is basically the same engine as IIS 5.0 but since XP is a client operating system, it has the built in limits that are customary for Microsoft
