ODBC Linked/Imported Tables

I have been successful in creating ODBC links from our AS/400 into Access 2000, but I'm experiencing a slight problem. Some of the files that I want to access are divided up into multiple members, instead of all the data residing in the first member. Nothing I have seen so far would allow this. Is there a way to use ODBC to access these other members

Example: Monthly data is recorded in the file MDATAP00. The data is separated into members M01 through M12. The first member, M00 contains no data. I want Access to be able to link dynamically to all of these members. Union Select statements would be used to allow queries on all members simultaneously.

Re: ODBC Linked/Imported Tables

assuming you are using code to connet the table links, try using an if statement such as:

IF table.name like 'MDATAP*' then
'**place your connection code here
END IF
