I'm bored with cheese on my jacket potato

As you can see I am getting fed up with cheese on my jacket potatoes, I've tried baked beans . Any good ideas for a nice (easy) filling for my potato?

How about

1. Onion and mushrooms, finely chopped and then fried.
2. Sour cream with finely chopped gherkins or cucumber.
3. Small shrimps with a little bit of mayonnaise and curry powder.
4. Soft butter mixed with finely chopped chives (and/or garlic, if you wish); you can try other herbs too.
5. Cottage cheese instead of ordinary cheese.
6. Chopped olives.
7. Beluga caviar.

In most of these cases, freshly ground pepper can be used if the flavour is too bland.

How about...

Sour cream with finely chopped green onions and/or finely chopped cooked bacon (bacon bits)

How many kinds of cheese have you tried? Hans,

I'd pass on the Beluga. They are now an endangered species. Apparently the Russian Mafia makes more from Beluga caviar than they do from drugs Salmon roe, if you can get it, would be a suitable replacement or try the bacon bits from the Turkey thread with some sour cream.

The Tesco cafeteria does tuna mayonnaise with bits of sweetcorn as a baked potato additive. It's quite tasty for those of us on a budget, who can't afford caviar...

....for those of us on a budget....

Then I would suggest for the price of a Tesco Jacket potato, you could buy a 1/2 pound of spuds, a tin of sweet corn and a tin of tuna and have 4 times the amount for the same price

Chilli-con-carne is nice in a jacket spud too, Jerry.
