    Try taking the quotes (") away from Yes and No and see if that works. It may not, but if it doesn't then use True and False instead - they should definitely work.

    If you mean a check box by Yes/No box, you don't need IIF; you can use

    =([Today]>= [14days])

    as Control Source.
