Printing multiple messages (Outlook 2000 SR-1)

A user is trying to print multiple e-mail messages (CTRL, Select). When she clicks the Print button, her printer selection option is greyed out as is her "Start each item on a new page" option, which defaults as checked. When I do the same thing on my PC, I can select a different printer and check or not check the "Start each item ..." box. She wants multiple messages to print continuously. What could be different between our two machines? I'm attaching a .jpg file with the screen capture, if it helps. Thanks for any suggestions you might have as to how I can help her change this.

As a starting point are you both connected to the same printer and have the same printer drivers?
Also, check your that printing options in Explorer are set up the same, and do either of you use Word as your email editor?

Does it matter whether the selected messages are plain text only, plain text and HTML, or HTML only? Mine works the way yours does for all three possibilities, but maybe this relates to browser versions, or a mixture of current default printers between Outlook and IE? Do they have attachments?

No, neither of us was using Word as our mail editor, but you pointed me in the right direction. I'm using Rich Text format and she and another person with the same issue were using HTML format. When we changed hers to Rich Text, she regained the print options. Interesting!

    Thank you for your help.

None of that seemed to make a difference, but thanks for the suggestions. Turns out that when you use HTML as your mail editor you lose the options in the print window. I appreciate the help.
