Creating Multi-Select Functionality, like Wizards (Access 2000)

I'm new at this, but have high expectations and lofty goals!

I'm wanting to use the same functionality, utilized in the Access Wizards, to select multiple values from a listbox (query) and populate another list box. See Attached picture for the example.

As I haven't done any coding, so far, I'd appreciate any examples you may be able to upload.

This is generally referred to as a "pick list" setup and it isn't peculiar to wizards. I posted a sample database here demonstrating one approach to a pick list. You can find others by searching the Lounge or using a http://www.google.com search.
