How do text boxes' runnin sums work in reports? (2000)

In the attached mdb, I've included text boxes in the CostiAnnuali report footer that supposedly should give me the total for all the records shown in the detail section but I can only get the text boxes to show the content of the first record.
In the property sheet for the text boxes I've set the running sum property to "Over All". What am I doing wrong?

Change the control source of the fields in the footer to include the expression =Sum(Yourfieldname):
    eg.
    =Sum([Centrale Idroelettrica Borgo S_Dalmazzo])
