    Page format in 2 coloums (Word 2000)

    Can i format my page so that in the outlook view,as well in printed view, to have
    the text situated in 2 columns intsead of one whole page?And if yes, what is the easiest way for a beginner?

    I didn't understand what you meant by the "outlook view" - I assume you meant the screeen display

    The "columns" feature is probably the correct approach.

    Select Format > Columns from the menu and choose two columns

    An alternative is simply to use tables where your data is more structured.

    If you mean Outline View, no, I don't think there's a way to show that in two columns (or print an outline that way).
