    Frames Table of Contents (Word 2000)

    Hi,

    I want to create a document to be published on an Intranet (Netscape) which will have a table of contents frame to the left of the main document. I have saved the toc page and the main page, I have moved both pages and related folders to the server, but how do i publish them do they both appear along side each other. Can anyone help? Otherwise I will have to use dreamweaver and I'd rather not.

    Thanks

    michelle

    Re: Frames Table of Contents (Word 2000)

    The code for a frameset with an 80 pixel left column and "the rest" allocated to the right column looks something like this:

    <html>
    <head>
    <title>User Will See This Title, Not The Title of an Individual Frame</title>
    </head>
    <frameset cols="80,*">
    <frame src="myTOC.html">
    <frame src="myDocument.html">
    </frameset>
    </html>

    For more on how to suppress borders, scroll bars, resizing, etc., consult your favorite paper or online HTML reference.

    Does this answer your question ???
