    Windows 2000 Plus Pack?

    <img src=/S/hello.gif border=0 alt=hello width=25 height=29> Loungers,

Is there a Windows 2000 Plus Pack?

I got one for Windows 95, and one for Windows XP, but I was wondering if there is some neat stuff for Windows 2000 out there.

    Thanks in Advance

No. There are a ton of tools in the resource kit. Some of which you can find at the MS site.

    Re: Windows 2000 Plus Pack?

"Plus!" Packs contain mainly entertainment stuff, and Windows 2000 (and NT) was designed for office environment. That's why there is no Plus! packs for these versions of Windows (would you be happy if your workers will be playing with "themes", media clips and games during working hours?)

Of course, you can use Windows Media Player and a lot of games under Win2k - but it is not the main purpose of this OS.
However, there is plenty deployment tools in "Resource Kit Toolbox" for administrative tasks. See

    <img src=/S/thankyou.gif border=0 alt=thankyou width=40 height=15> Joe

I have been to the Microsoft Windows 2000 site, and the one thing that I wanted has a broken link.

I am looking for is that utility that will allow you to use SQL to look into the log files and
Extract information from it based on some criteria. I checked again, and the link is gone.

    I hope its being repaired.

Any idea who is the webmaster to call and tell them about the broken link?
