    OWA - Forwarding HTML content

In Outlook Web Access, we're occasionally seeing a problem where an attempt to forward a message in html format doesn't pick up the text of the original message in the forwarded message. I've seen this happen sometimes and not others.

Does anyone recognize this problem? I imagine it might be specific to specific versions of IE, but we've seen it in a current rev of IE6.

More likely an OWA problem. What version of Exchange & IIS? Also, what service packs?

it could be the missing html problem caused by the mlang.dll. if you can confirm it happens only on some computers and check their version, you'll know it's the IE version. you can replace the mlang dll with one from an IE5.5 machine. (There is kb about the problem, but it says it only happens with beta builds of IE6, but i've seen it happen on more recent installations too.)
