Custom action in Rules Wizard

I want to be able to have emails that pass certain tests (from a specific email address) to be saved as .txt files. According to "Maximizing Outlook 3000" the Rules Wizard only allows third party addins to do custom actions. Does anyone have any ideas or know of a third party solution that might accomplish this task?

http://www.ornic.com for either a custom action or exlife that does just what you need

Thanks again Mary. I finally got on the site and found what I think is the right add in. Will give it a try and post the results here later.
