ALL CAPS to Lower Case

Any way to Change all CAPOS to Lower Case. I get a bit of
e-mail with all caps and would like to use word to change
to lower case. It's a lot less time to get all lowercase
and then change to CAPS as needed rather than re-type the msg.

Re: ALL CAPS to Lower Case

Assuming the text is in Word, select all the text, press F3 and it should convert to lowercase, pressing F3 again will convert it to propercase (i.e. first letter capitalised) and pressing F3 once again returns you to where you started, uppercase.

In Word select all by Ctrl + a, then Shift+F3. This can be repeated as it cycles thru lower case, Upper Case, First letter caps.

Re: ALL CAPS to Lower Case

Hi KCO:

In addition to the tips given before, if you want to change case the same way all the time, you can access many menus & dialog boxes with keyboard strokes that become second nature. You do NOT have to hold any key down while typing the next, so it's just like typing.

Change to lowercase: Alt,O,E,L
Change to uppercase: Alt,O,E,U
Change to TitleCase: Alt,O,E,T
Change to SentnceCase: Alt,O,E,S

Hope this helps.
