    oarnum or ornum

I've got some unwanted files called aornum or ornum on my hard drive under program files. I picked them up unknowingly when I visited a website called Iwon. They seem to be active spyware type files. I want to delete them off of my hard drive but they won't delete.
Any suggestions as to how to do this safely?
    Thanks

Check out this AdAware thread in Software and see if it will do it for you.

Otherwise, what operating system? - you may be able to delete them if you boot up in Safe mode.

Have you tries AdAware? Pacs-Portal agrees that it's spyware.

Sorry 'bout that, Leif. I did it again - you and I seem to be active on the Lounge at the same "GMT" every day <img src=/S/grin.gif border=0 alt=grin width=15 height=15>

Thank you for your information. I do have Ad Aware on my system and it did not even pick it up. However, I tried your starting in safe mode and it did allow me to delete the files.
    Thank You .......
