Code Works only for 1 machine (2K; SP-1)

I'm not sure how to search for answers to this question...

I've written code that works perfectly on my machine but when I copy the mdb file to a shared drive for my co-workers to copy onto their C drives, the code doesn't work. I've checked to make sure References are set-up to correspond with mine, etc. The code simply imports a text file with import specs, deletes and updates data.

Why does this happen? What am I missing?

    Thanks.

Have you set a breakpoint and stepped thru the code instruction by instruction?
    What instruction fails?
What is the error generated by the failing instruction?
Have you tried inporting the file manually (File/Get External Data/Import)?

I've set-up breakpoints, compacted/repaired, rebooted, manually imported the text file--the works. Still no luck.

    What doesn't work?

It doesn't do what you expect?

    You get errors?

    It doesn't run?

I had a similar problem some time ago.
I eventually found the fault to be an activeX problem.
On the original design machine, I had the Date & Time picker registered and thought it would be ok on other machines.
Once re-installing the OCX to the new machine, all was ok.
