    Move Text Box (Access 2000)

    I would like to know if it is possible to move the location of a text box and it's label in a report footer based on certain conditions?

    I have a report in which whenever the named field strSearchType = "Document Retrieval", I want two fields named strTaxID and Label40 to be moved to the upper left corner of the footer that they are in.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Sure,

    To move the Textbox, in the Format event of the Footer use:

    strTaxID.Top = 0
    strTaxID.Left = 0

    The values for Top and Lift in VBA is expresses in Twips. 1440 twips = 1 inch, IIRC.

    Same goes for moving the Label.
