We have several access databases that have been using the pivot table functionality without error for several months. Over the last two weeks, several machines can no longer generate the pivot tables properly. When launched, we get the form that indicates "Edit Pivot Table Object". We then launch the pivot table and can get to the data, However, the system fails when the data is refreshed.
In addition, I have created a blank database with one table of data (No Parameter Queries) and tried to create a pivot table from here. Again, the system indicates Problem Obtaining Data.
I have checked references, had Office uninstalled and re-installed and it still doesn't work. <img src=/S/bwaaah.gif border=0 alt=bwaaah width=123 height=15>
Anyone have any suggestions on other items to check.
Note: The databases that are not working work fine on other computers so I assume the error is system specific. In addition, the only difference on the computers that it is not working is that they were used to log into an Integrated Digital Environment (Livelink) on the Web.
