DeletingMessages (Outlook 2000 Web Access Mail)

I have 1600 messages (Items) in my inbox. I need to delete all the messages. I have 80 pages of 20 messages each - do I have to enter 1600 check marks? Is there an easier way. Can I delete the entire "inbox" folder and everything in it. Is that possible? Help...

Click the first one, shift-click the last one, all items will be selected, click delete. Sure you want to delete them all? You can use the same approach by sorting by date and then clicking the beginning and shift-clicking the ending date.

I'm sorry, I just saw that you specified web access, as in https://owa.mydomain.com/. I do not know of any way to do what you are asking other than check each message and then bulk delete. (How on earth did you get to 1,600?). I recommend you get access online in Outlook and use my original, wrong, advice.

do you have access to OE? Set it up for http access to your mailbox and select all... use the full http:// path: http://owa.server.com/exchange/username/ as the http url.
