    Hi Rajesh,

If I understand you correctly, you have page size set up for the end size you want but it will print on a larger sheet that needs to be trimmed. This being the case, I would set up page size to the size of the sheet being printed to, adjust the margins to emulate the final size, then using the drawing tool to insert lines in the header layer at the appropriate positions. You can right click on the lines and select object properties to set the size and position of the lines precisely...

    HTH,

Thanks. It worked. However, recomputing the new margins was time-consuming. Mainly because the requirement was very precise.

Need to develop an Excel Spreadsheet Model to compute new margins, I think. Will do it one of these days.

    Suggestions?

    Tools-Options-View and select "Text boundaries"

Format-Borders and Shading-Borders and select Page border. Set the options to be 0" from text. You can tell this border to be very light and dashed. Not quite crop marks, but same practicality.

And you can use the Drawing tools to trace the crop marks, if desired.
