Banner Rotation (FP2002)

I'm trying to figure out a way to rotate unrelated banners in a frame in FP2002. I've tried the Banner Ad Manager in FP2002, but it seems to limit me in the following ways:

a) all banners must share the same link
animated GIFs won't run their animation
c) each banner has to run for the same length of time
d) all banners can only share one transition effect.

I need to rotate separate banners with separate links (or Mailto's). Is there any way to do this in FP2002? (I can live with c & d above, but not a & b.)

Thanks in advance.

You've summed up the limitations of the banner ad manager quite neatly.

Perhaps a Javascript would do the job? Here is a website I use for ideas http://javascript.com/

Catharine:

Well, it's an unhappy answer, but it's the "right" answer, so I thank you for your response. I browsed around the javascript.com site and found some offerings that were close. Barring the existence of a fully-functional banner ad manager in FP2002, it would be nice to be able to rotate Include pages in a particular order (as opposed to scheduling them). Oh, well...
