I am new to the Exchange world. Is there a log file that I can check to see why a mail forward rule is not working 100%. Only one (of 40) person is not getting all his email at the target forward account. If mail from outside the organization come to his account, about 10% of the mail reaches his remote account. About 90% of the internal mail reaches his remote account. I would like to turn on logging (if not already on) and see if his forward rules run, fail, get sick, or is it just the target ISP is dropping a lot of mail. Other users are not having an issue, but they don't forward everything everyday.
