Table borders now invisible (Word 2002)

I am upgrading from Word97 to WordXP. In Word97, in a table with no borders you could see the outline of the cells in normal view. However, with WordXP, the outlines are invisible, and so it is difficult to see that there is a table there at all. Does anyone know how to show the borders on the screen of a (borderless) table?
    Thanks.

If you go to the Table menu, there is an option to toggle Display Hide Gridlines. You probably had it set to Display in your Word97 setup, but in your XP setup it is set to Hide.
