    TaskPad Views (Outlook 2002)

I needed more views available so I created them. However, they do not show up while I am in the "Calendar" and select "Tasdpad View". They are only showing up if I am in "Tasks". Is this the only place these additional views will show? I ticked "All Tasks" thinking that would make the new views available while in the calendar but it does not. Am I doing something wrong, or is this just the way it is?

I think you maybe up the proverbial creek without a paddle here.

The views you create in "Tasks" aren't available for "TaskPad". They apply to when you're viewing the Tasks folder, only.

When you're looking at TaskPad, you're actually in the Calendar folder. Although you have access to your tasks in TaskPad, it's not the full blown Tasks folder. If you look in the View menu, and your current Calendar view is "day/week/month" based, you'll also see TaskPad View, with a drop down list of views for the TaskPad subwindow. You can modify these views if you right-click on the TaskPad heading in the window. I don't know of a way to create additional ones for TaskPad, though.

Clear as mud? Play with it for a bit and it may start to make some sense.

Thanks, Tim. I thought this was probably the case but I wanted to ask someone else just to make sure.
