    System Component Versions

I'm trying to compare the software configurations on a set of similar Win2k and WinXP computers. Does anyone know of a utility that will list the version information for individual system components? If it can also do installed software that would be a good plus.

    Thanks,

    Dan

    Re: System Component Versions

There are two that i use for system info, but neither will do software installs AFAIK.

The first one is Aida32 which I found out about <!post=in this thread,210346>in this thread<!/post>.

The other is Belarc Advisor, which I have used for quite a while.

Aida32 is more hardware info, while Belarc is more software.

The latest version of Belarc (v5.1) also gives you software versions as well as a detailed hardware list.
