    Slow reactions! (2000)

My Frontpage seems to be slow at everything it does - opening pages to edit, editing hyperlinks, selecting text, scrolling pages. In fact, it seems to have to think about just about everything. By slow, I mean there is perhaps a 4-5 second delay between the click and a result. This can slow one down to a crawl ,waiting for one thing to happen before going on to the next.

The rest of my system runs like silk (Win2K, PIII 733, 512Mb RAM). Any ideas how I can speed up?

    Thanks,

    Phil.

Are you editing a web stored locally, or live at your ISP?
Is this a new phenomenon, or a new (re)installation of FP?

Editing web locally on C drive. Not a new problem, just really starting to get me down.

It sounds like something else is hogging the cpu ~ what else is going on? First place to look is the Performance tab of the Task Mgr
