msn.com to Outlook 2000 (2000)

A co-worker has an online msn.com account and wants to import his online address book and all of the online messages stored in folders and has asked my help
I searched the forum here and the closest match I could find was Post #188406; however, I've tried that to no avail.

This page
http://help.msn.com/en_us/data/memsvtsg_em...se_with_msn.htm
was a joke, sorry to say.

I couldn't find 'Services' on the 'tool' menu of Outlook 2000

So, then... how can he import his msn.com address book and stored email messages? And, oh, the Import/Export in Outlook 2000 wouldn't import anything online - unless - I overlooked something.

TIA for your help!

you can't import from msn. if you have outlook 2002, you could set up an http account and drag messages over, but you can't import the address book unless it allows you to export as csv or vcards.

you can look or a hotmail addin that lets you read hotmail/msn in outlook...
