    VB to open Attachments (2002)

I need some help creating a macro to open all files attached to a message. Messages are usually not in the Inbox but another folder. I've been unable to find the commands required and I did read most of the Outlook board. Any help will be appreciated.
    Thank you,
    Paul

Re: VB to open Attachments (2002)

All files to one message can be opened manually by selecting them all and right clicking, then selecting Open, but (arrgh!) OL 2000 doesn't seem to have an ...Attachment.Open method, so the answer may be complex. Can you explain a little more about the objective, and also advise the OL version?

[Edit: My mistake, you already stated the OL version as 2002.]

Re: VB to open Attachments (2002)

    John,
I receive files with multiple attached .jpg files, I'd like to be able to select a message and run a macro to open all of the files at once. Right now I use the manual method and it's rather tiresome. I'm running Win 2k and Office XP ( 2002 ).
    Thanks for the reply,
    Paul
