    Last Entry In Column (2000)

OK-I tried searching for an answer, but to no avail. Question: I have a column, say B2:B12, where I will enter monthly data (the data will be random; i. e., will not necessarily be in ascending or descending order). What I want to do is have cell B14 display the last entry in the column B2:B12. I know there is an obvious answer, but just can't seem to put my finger on it.
    Any takers?
    Thanks in advance.

The last NUMBER (remember dates/times are numbers) in column B (text and blanks are ignored) can be found using:

    =VLOOKUP(9.99999999999999E+307,B:B,1)
