Deleting a Paragraph Style (Outlook 2000)

    Hi all
I'm new so apologies if this question's been asked before. My daughter's full name keeps appearing as the default paragraph style in our email messages. I know how to delete it from the current message (that is via the organiser in templates and add-ins) but it doesn't delete permanently. Each time I open a new message there's her name again. Same thing happens with renaming - it only works for the current message. I'd appreciate help deleting it permanently.

Check under Tools, Options, the Mail Format Tab, Fonts. You should be able to reset the defaults within that Fonts dialog. Post back if this doesn't work.

Hi John - I checked it out and changed to a new font type/size but still each new email 'style' goes back to my daughter's name. I don't think it's something she created - it just seemed to 'appear'. Thanks for the suggestion - only thing I can think of is to stop using "Word as email editor" which solves the problem of styles altogether.
