    WIN 2000

I have a problem that I cannot view any Graphic with WIN2000 unless I and in the Print Preview mode. When I set up a frame to put a picture into it I cannot view it unless I am in the Print Preview mode. I have the options set to view Graphics... What can it be.????

What application are you trying to view the graphic in and in which you use to Print Preview?

Which PROGRAM (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, or PowerPoint) within Office 2000 are you having this problem with?

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

    Re: WIN 2000

If you are placing a picture inside a frame, then the graphic is inline (as opposed to floating). The option to view pictures (Tools/Options/View/pictures) applies to graphics that are in the drawing layer and is therefore irrelevant. Make sure that on the View tab that you DON'T have "Picture placeholders" checked. Checking the box will cause the behavior you describe.

    Cheers,
