Web links in email (MSO 2K)
I know that if I type hypertext in an email in Outlook (http://www.ipsn.org/ohare.html) it will create a link.
How though, do I, if I am in HTML format, create a link that has descriptive text showing, with the link "embedded" in the code (<A href="http://www.ipsn.org/ohare.html">O'Hare Airport's Mob )?

Re: Web links in email (MSO 2K)
This is the only way I know, since I was just shown it yesterday!
First, Tools, Options, Mail Format, Message format -must- be set to HTML
If your OL e-mail editor is Word (mine isn't) you can do it directly in the composition window via Insert, Hyperlink, fill in the "Text to Display" box as desired, and enter (or Paste) the link URL in the "Type the file or WebPage Name", OK out.
If Word isn't your OL e-mail editor, open Word, follow the exact same Insert, Hyperlink procedure as above, copy the resulting hyperlink from Word into your HTML e-mail.-John ... I float in liquid gardens
