Mailing from Excel (2000 SR1)
I have a macro in an Excel spreadsheet that automatically emails a spreadsheet as an attachment. The macro works fine but at the end a message comes up saying something to the effect "Another program is trying to access your Address List. Do you wish to allow this?" with Yes/No as my options. After I select yes another message comes up saying "Another program is trying to send a message through Outlook. Do you wish to allow this?". When I select yes everything runs fine.
My question is; what can I change in Outlook so it doesn't ask me these questions?
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

This is caused by the security patch for Outlook 2000. To get around it, you must use extended MAPI instead of MAPI (which is what standard Outlook Automation uses). You can download the Outlook Redemption library here; it enables you to send mail from Outlook without being asked all those questions. It's free for development use, but not for commercial use.
