    Outlook Appointment Details (OutlookXP)

For one particular user, when using the Meeting Planner if you invite that user to a meeting you can right click on a time set as busy and see the details of the appointment. This doesn't happen with other users. I found a Knowledge Base article, Q170578 that notes this was a problem with Outlook97 version 8.0. But none of the PC's I testing this on have 8.0, most have 8.04 or XP and none of the meetings weremarked as private. Does anyone know what's causing this and/or how to fix it? Thanks,

As I remember (Home versions don't provide the functionality) it is a 'permission' setting on the calendar folder that needs to be set to allow others to read the content.

    Andrew,
    That was it. I should've had a V-8. Thanks!
