    hyperlink (Outlook Express IE5)

someone in the office complained that when he read his emails using Outlook Express, the hyperlink didn't work. When he double click on the link, it would not go the the web directly.

I wonder what is the problem.

    Thanks

    Re: hyperlink (Outlook Express IE5)

This can be caused by the installation and uninstall of another browser such as Netscape. In either Internet Explorer or Outlook Express, go to 'Tools'> 'Internet Options'>'Programs' tab & make sure the "Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default browser" is checked at the bottom.
