    Printing Calendars (2002)

In Outlook 98 when a monthly calendar was printed it showed all day events with white text on a black background. In 2002 however it just prints all day events in the same format as standard appointments. Does anyone know how you can get around this?

If you assign a LABEL (not a category) to an event, a color will be applied, and you should be able to pick it out on the printed calendar. I'm not sure, but I believe you can apply some manual formatting that may get you the reverse type, but the label technique has the virtue of speed/ease of use.
